The Tall wooden rectangle planter is made from 100% FSC certified timber with a water-based preservative applied. The planting area is raised to a comfortable height of 82cm, which means less bending when tending your plants. The planter has a soil space-saving feature, which means the planter does not require the whole area to be filled with soil, which is both weight-saving should you need to move and, of course, cost-saving as less soil is required. It also has the benefits of allowing better drainage, more aeration, and will extend the life of the timber. This is achieved by a false base being inserted halfway up the planter; we have also left enough space for you to add a self-watering kit should you wish to cut down on the amount of manual watering required, especially useful in the warmer months.
