Sowing Information
Sow thinly direct into finely raked, moist, warm soil at a depth of 13mm ( 1?2"). Germination 15-20 days. Allow 30cm (12") between rows. Thin to a final spacing of 5-71⁄2cm (2-3") between plants.
Pull small for salad use. Carrots grow best in a sunny position in well-cultivated soil which has not recently been manured.
Sowing ➞ Cropping - 20-22 weeks.
